Listenza wants comments, reviews and discussions to remain useful, respectful and safe. These Guidelines apply to comments, reviews, replies, ratings, usernames, profile images and other user-submitted community content.
1. BE RESPECTFUL
Users may disagree with stories or other users and may post genuine criticism. Personal attacks, bullying, targeted harassment or coordinated abuse are not allowed.
2. NO THREATS OR ILLEGAL VIOLENCE
Do not post credible threats, encourage unlawful violence against another person, or use Listenza to coordinate illegal harm.
3. PROTECT PRIVACY
Do not publicly share another person’s phone number, address, password, private photographs, banking information, identification documents or other private information without authorization.
4. CHILD SAFETY
Content that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.
5. NO HATE OR TARGETED ABUSE
Do not attack, dehumanize or harass people based on protected personal characteristics under applicable law.
6. NO SPAM
Repetitive advertising, referral spam, scam links, automated messages, unrelated promotions and mass repetitive comments are prohibited.
7. NO SCAMS OR FRAUD
Do not impersonate support, request OTPs or banking credentials, run fake giveaways, conduct payment scams, manipulate rewards or mislead users for financial gain.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Only post material you have the right to post. Do not upload copyrighted stories, chapters, artwork, recordings or other protected works without authorization.
9. SPOILERS
Where possible, clearly mark major spoilers so other listeners/readers can choose whether to view them.
10. GENUINE REVIEWS AND RATINGS
Do not sell fake reviews, use bots to manipulate ratings, coordinate fraudulent rating attacks or create deceptive accounts to distort scores.
11. IMPERSONATION
Do not pretend to be Listenza staff, an author, another user, a company or a public authority without authorization.
12. MODERATION
To enforce these rules, Listenza may hide or remove content, disable replies, restrict commenting, issue warnings, temporarily restrict accounts or permanently restrict accounts depending on severity and applicable law.
13. REPORTING CONTENT
Report content you believe violates these Guidelines by contacting listenzaofficial@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify the comment, account, story, review or other material.
14. APPEALS
Where an appeal mechanism is available, users may request review of a moderation decision. Repeated abusive appeals do not guarantee restoration.
15. ACCOUNT SAFETY
Never share your password, OTP, UPI PIN or card CVV with another user. Listenza Support will not ask for those credentials.
