Welcome to Listenza. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Listenza mobile application, website, audio stories, novels, videos, subscriptions, virtual coins, downloads, comments, rewards, advertising features and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, accessing Listenza, purchasing a product, subscribing to a plan, unlocking content, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Listenza.
1. ABOUT LISTENZA
Listenza is a digital entertainment platform that may provide audio stories and episodic series, digital novels and chapters, video stories, free and paid content, virtual coins, subscription plans, advertisements, rewarded advertisements, offline downloads, ratings, reviews, comments and promotional or experimental features.
Features may vary by device, country, account status, app version and subscription.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally permitted to use the Services under applicable law. If you are below the age at which you may independently agree to these Terms, you may use Listenza only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
Certain features require a Listenza account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, not sell or share your account, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. Listenza may use reasonable verification and anti-fraud systems to protect users, purchases and the platform.
4. VIRTUAL COINS
Listenza Coins are virtual items for use only inside Listenza. They are not bank deposits, cryptocurrency, electronic money or investments; they have no cash value outside Listenza and cannot normally be exchanged for real money. Coins may be used to unlock eligible episodes, chapters or features.
Coin prices, packages and unlock requirements may change. Purchased coins are normally associated with the purchasing account. Fraudulently obtained, duplicated, manipulated or incorrectly credited coins may be removed after verification.
5. FREE AND PROMOTIONAL REWARDS
Listenza may provide bonus coins, promotional coins, ad rewards, referral rewards, login rewards or other limited-time benefits. Promotions may have additional limits, eligibility rules or expiry periods. Listenza may modify or discontinue promotions where reasonably necessary.
6. REWARDED ADVERTISEMENTS
Certain rewards or content may require completed rewarded advertisements. A reward is normally granted only when the advertising provider confirms successful completion. Rewards may not be granted when an ad is skipped, fails to complete, is not confirmed, or automated/manipulated viewing is detected.
Bots, scripts, automated clickers, emulators or other methods used to artificially generate advertising rewards are prohibited.
7. ADVERTISING
Listenza may display banner, native, interstitial, video or rewarded advertisements supplied by third-party advertising networks. Your interaction with a third-party advertiser is between you and that advertiser. Listenza does not guarantee third-party products or services advertised in the app.
8. PAID CONTENT AND ACCESS
Some episodes, chapters, stories, novels, videos or features may require coins, direct payment, subscription benefits, rewarded ads or another unlock method shown in the app. Unlocking content gives you a limited, personal right to access it through Listenza. It does not transfer copyright or ownership to you.
9. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Listenza may offer monthly, yearly or other subscription plans. Price, duration and principal benefits will be shown before purchase. Where a subscription automatically renews, renewal information will be shown through the applicable payment platform or checkout flow.
Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not automatically refund an already completed billing period unless required by law, supported by the payment platform, or approved under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Subscription benefits may be subject to daily limits, content availability, geographic restrictions and reasonable-use rules disclosed in the app.
10. PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENTS Prices for coins, subscriptions and paid content may change. A later price change does not normally alter a completed purchase. Applicable taxes or payment/platform charges may be included in or added to the displayed amount depending on law and payment method.
Payments may be processed by an authorized payment processor, app marketplace or payment service. Listenza does not need to store your complete card number, UPI PIN, CVV or banking password when payment is handled by an external provider.
11. REFUNDS AND FAILED PAYMENTS
Digital content is often delivered immediately. Completed purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where a verified issue such as duplicate charging, undelivered purchased benefits, or an unauthorized transaction qualifies under the Listenza Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If money is deducted but a transaction is pending or failed, do not repeatedly purchase the same item while reconciliation is in progress. Contact Listenza Support if the amount is not reversed or the purchased benefit is not delivered within a reasonable period.
12. DOWNLOADS AND OFFLINE CONTENT
Eligible content may be downloaded for personal offline use inside Listenza. Downloads may be encrypted, app-restricted, account-bound, require periodic online verification, expire, or become unavailable if content rights end. Downloading does not give you ownership of the underlying work.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless stated otherwise, Listenza and/or its licensors own or are authorized to use applicable rights in the app design, branding, software, audio, stories, novels, artwork, videos, characters, graphics, text, databases and platform technology.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, redistribute, sell, publish, scrape or commercially exploit protected Listenza content without authorization.
14. PERSONAL-USE LICENCE
Listenza grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Services for lawful personal entertainment. You may not resell access, extract protected media for redistribution, remove technical protection, bypass payment or unlocking systems, reverse engineer restricted components except where law expressly permits it, operate unauthorized mirrors, or circumvent ads/subscription restrictions through manipulation.
15. COMMENTS, REVIEWS AND COMMUNITY CONTENT Users may be allowed to post comments, reviews, replies, ratings, profile information or other community content. You remain responsible for what you submit. Do not post unlawful material, harassment, threats, fraud, spam, malicious links, unauthorized private information, impersonation or content that infringes third-party rights.
Listenza may moderate, restrict or remove content that violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines or applicable law.
16. LICENCE TO USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT
When you submit publicly visible content, you grant Listenza a non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce and technically process it as necessary to operate and promote the relevant Listenza feature. You retain ownership of your original content subject to third-party rights.
17. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
Listenza respects intellectual property rights. Copyright complaints should be sent to listenzaofficial@gmail.com and should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing Listenza content, the complainant’s contact information and evidence of authority. Listenza may temporarily restrict disputed content while reviewing a valid complaint.
18. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You must not hack or attack the Services, obtain unauthorized access, manipulate coins or ad rewards, abuse payments or refunds, interfere with servers/APIs, upload malware, scrape protected content at scale, circumvent access controls, exploit vulnerabilities or use Listenza for unlawful purposes.
19. FRAUD PREVENTION
Listenza may use reasonable security systems to detect payment fraud, fake transactions, automated activity, manipulated ad rewards, unauthorized access and suspicious device activity. Accounts reasonably believed to be involved in serious abuse may be temporarily restricted while reviewed.
20. CONTENT AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Listenza does not guarantee every story, episode, chapter, novel or video will remain available permanently. Content may be added, updated, re-edited, restricted or removed for licensing, copyright, technical, safety, legal or business reasons.
The Service may also be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, internet/server outages, payment or advertising provider failures, security incidents, updates or events beyond reasonable control.
21. UPDATES AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Listenza may release updates for security, performance, compatibility, legal compliance or new features. Some old app versions may stop being supported. The Service may depend on cloud infrastructure, authentication, payment, advertising, analytics, content-delivery and app-store providers whose own terms and policies may apply.
22. PRIVACY
Your use of Listenza is also governed by the Listenza Privacy Policy available in the app. Review it to understand how personal information may be collected, used, stored and protected.
23. SECURITY
Listenza uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. Users should keep their devices, passwords and login credentials secure.
24. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
Listenza may temporarily restrict or permanently terminate accounts where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated policy violations, fraud, payment abuse, security threats, intellectual-property violations or legal requirements. Where appropriate and reasonably possible, users may contact support regarding a restriction.
25. ACCOUNT DELETION
Users may request account deletion using the available account controls or by contacting support. Certain transaction, security, accounting or legal records may be retained where lawfully necessary. Account deletion may permanently remove account-related access and data.
26. DISCLAIMER
Listenza provides digital entertainment services on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Fictional content should not be interpreted as professional legal, medical, financial or other professional advice unless explicitly stated otherwise.
27. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Listenza and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
28. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of Listenza or material violation of these Terms. This does not reduce non-waivable consumer rights.
29. CHANGES TO SERVICES OR TERMS
Listenza may improve, modify or discontinue features, coin packages, subscriptions, unlock methods, ads, promotions, rewards, interface elements and content categories. These Terms may also be updated. Material changes will be communicated where legally required.
30. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by a competent court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

Include sufficient information for us to investigate account, payment, copyright, technical or other complaints. Never send your OTP, UPI PIN, card CVV or banking password to support.
32. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Community Guidelines, Copyright & Takedown Policy and any feature-specific terms shown in Listenza, form the rules governing your use of the Services. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
By using Listenza, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
