Delete your Listenza account
You can permanently delete your Listenza account from either the website or Android app.
On the website
1. Sign in to Listenza.
2. Open Profile → Settings → Edit profile.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Confirm your identity using the method tied to the account, then choose Delete permanently.
Email/password account: enter the current password so Firebase can re-authenticate the same account before deletion.
Phone account: request the OTP sent to the registered mobile number, verify the 6-digit OTP, then delete.
Google account: deletion requires a recent secure sign-in to the same Google account. If the session is too old, sign in again with that same account and retry.
What is deleted
The secure backend deletes your authentication account and user-owned Listenza data covered by the account-deletion service. This action cannot be undone.
