Copyright & Takedown Policy

How rights holders can report intellectual-property concerns.

Effective date: August 23, 2026 Last updated: August 23, 2026

Listenza respects copyright and other intellectual-property rights. This policy explains how rights holders can report allegedly infringing content and how Listenza may review those reports.

1. COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP

Stories, novels, artwork, audio, video and other works may be protected by copyright. Users and contributors may submit material only when they own it, have permission to use it, or are otherwise legally entitled to use it.

2. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

If you believe content available on Listenza infringes your copyright, send a written notice to listenzaofficial@gmail.com.

3. INFORMATION TO INCLUDE

A complaint should include your full name or authorized representative details, contact email, identification of the copyrighted work, precise identification of the Listenza content believed to infringe it, a story/episode/chapter URL or identifier where available, explanation of why the use is unauthorized, evidence of ownership/authority where reasonably available, confirmation that the information supplied is accurate, and a signature or equivalent electronic confirmation.

Incomplete notices may require additional information before review.

4. GOOD-FAITH COMPLAINTS

Do not knowingly submit false or misleading copyright notices. Copyright disputes should be based on genuine rights concerns.

5. REVIEW PROCESS

After receiving a sufficiently detailed complaint, Listenza may review the reported material, temporarily restrict access where appropriate, contact the uploader or rights holder, request additional evidence, and remove or disable material where appropriate. A complaint alone does not automatically prove infringement.

6. COUNTER-REQUEST

If content is removed and the uploader believes the removal resulted from an error or overlooked authorization, the uploader may send a counter-request identifying the removed content, explaining the basis for lawful use, providing relevant authorization/evidence, contact information and confirmation that the supplied information is accurate.

7. REPEAT INFRINGEMENT

Accounts repeatedly involved in confirmed copyright infringement may have upload capabilities restricted, content removed, access suspended or the account terminated depending on severity and applicable law.

8. PUBLIC-DOMAIN CONTENT

Listenza may use public-domain works where legally permitted. A public-domain original does not automatically make every modern translation, adaptation, illustration or audiobook recording public domain. Separate rights may exist in those newer materials.

9. LICENSED CONTENT

Content supplied under a licence remains subject to its licensing conditions. Its availability in Listenza does not grant users a right to redistribute it outside Listenza.

10. USER UPLOADS

The person submitting content is responsible for confirming the necessary rights. Listenza may request reasonable proof such as licence agreements, ownership declarations or written permissions.

11. TRADEMARK AND OTHER IP COMPLAINTS

Trademark and other intellectual-property complaints may also be sent to listenzaofficial@gmail.com. Include sufficient evidence and precise identification of the material at issue.

12. LEGAL REQUESTS

Listenza may comply with valid court orders or other binding legal requirements concerning content.
