This policy applies to eligible purchases made through Listenza, subject to mandatory consumer rights and the rules of the payment provider or app marketplace used for the transaction.
1. DIGITAL PURCHASES
Listenza may sell virtual coins, subscriptions, premium access, digital episodes, chapters and other digital benefits. Because digital products may be delivered immediately, completed purchases are generally not refundable merely because a user changes their mind, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
2. WHEN A REFUND OR CORRECTION MAY BE CONSIDERED
A refund, credit or correction may be available where the same intended transaction was charged more than once; payment succeeded but purchased coins or subscription benefits were not delivered; purchased content remained unavailable because of a verified Listenza error; an unauthorized transaction is confirmed; or applicable law/payment-platform rules require a refund.
3. GENERALLY NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Except where law requires otherwise, refunds will generally not be provided when purchased coins have already been spent, purchased content has already been consumed or unlocked, a user changes their mind after digital delivery, a subscription was used before cancellation, coins were accidentally spent, promotional/free coins expire under valid promotion rules, or an account is restricted for verified fraudulent/abusive activity.
4. FAILED OR PENDING TRANSACTIONS
If money is deducted but Listenza shows the payment as failed or pending, do not immediately repeat the same purchase. The transaction may automatically reverse or require provider reconciliation. If the benefit remains missing and the amount is not reversed within a reasonable time, contact listenzaofficial@gmail.com.
5. INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR A REFUND REVIEW
Provide your registered account email/mobile where applicable, transaction/order ID, purchase date, amount charged, item purchased and a screenshot of payment status if available. Never send your OTP, UPI PIN, CVV, complete card number or banking password.
6. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS
If a technical issue causes two verified successful charges for the same intended purchase, Listenza may verify both transactions and refund or otherwise correct the duplicate where appropriate.
7. COINS
Coins successfully purchased and credited are normally non-refundable after they have been spent. If payment succeeds but the coins are not credited, Listenza may credit the missing coins or approve an appropriate refund after verification.
8. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
Users may cancel recurring subscriptions using the cancellation mechanism provided by the relevant app store/payment service or through Listenza where available. Cancellation normally stops future renewal. It does not automatically reverse an already completed billing period unless required by law, supported by the payment platform, or approved after review.
9. ACCESS AFTER CANCELLATION
Where technically and contractually applicable, subscription benefits may remain available until the end of the already-paid billing period after cancellation.
10. ADVERTISEMENT REWARDS
Rewarded-ad benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Failed or incomplete ad rewards are not cash-refundable. If a rewarded ad was validly completed but a verified technical error prevented the promised in-app reward, Listenza may restore the applicable reward.
11. APPROVED REFUNDS
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where technically possible. The time taken to appear depends on the bank, card network, UPI/payment provider, app marketplace or other processor.
12. FRAUD PROTECTION
Listenza may reject claims involving forged payment evidence, manipulated transaction IDs, repeated refund abuse, automated purchasing abuse, coin manipulation or fraudulent chargebacks.
13. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
