Listenza (“Listenza”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the Listenza app, website and related services, why it is used, how it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
1. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT
Depending on the features you use, we may process account information such as name, email address, mobile number, account identifier, date of birth/age information, profile photo, language preference and other profile information voluntarily provided by you.
We may also process service activity needed to operate Listenza, including stories viewed or played, episodes/chapters accessed, listening or reading progress, search activity, content preferences, downloads, subscription status, coin balance, unlock history, rewarded-ad activity, ratings, comments and replies.
Limited technical information may include device type, operating-system version, app version, app/device identifiers, IP address where reasonably required, crash diagnostics, performance information, network state and security signals.
2. PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments may be handled by third-party payment processors or app marketplaces. Listenza may receive transaction-related information such as transaction/order ID, payment status, product purchased, amount, currency and purchase time.
Where payment is handled externally, Listenza does not need to store your complete card number, UPI PIN, CVV or banking password. Never send these credentials to Listenza Support.
3. ADVERTISING INFORMATION
Listenza may display banner, native, interstitial, video or rewarded advertisements. Advertising partners may process limited device, advertising and interaction information as permitted by applicable law and your privacy/device settings for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, frequency control and rewarded-ad confirmation.
Where required, appropriate consent will be requested before using data for personalized advertising.
4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Information may be used to create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, save playback/reading progress, provide downloads, process and verify purchases, maintain coin balances, unlock paid content, manage subscriptions, deliver rewards, operate comments/reviews, personalize recommendations, diagnose errors, protect accounts, prevent fraud, provide support, comply with law and improve Listenza.
5. PERSONALIZED CONTENT
Listenza may use activity such as genres, stories, episodes or chapters viewed to improve recommendations and content discovery. For example, users who frequently listen to science-fiction content may see more science-fiction recommendations.
6. VIRTUAL COINS AND ENTITLEMENTS
We may maintain records necessary to operate Listenza Coins and content access, including purchased/promotional coins, coins spent, transaction history, rewarded-ad rewards, subscription entitlements and episode/chapter unlocks. Relevant records may be retained for fraud prevention and transaction reconciliation.
7. PUBLIC COMMUNITY INFORMATION
Comments, reviews, usernames and profile pictures associated with public/community features may be visible to other users. Do not post confidential information in public comments.
8. INFORMATION SHARING
We may use service providers that help operate Listenza, including cloud infrastructure, authentication, payment processing, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, content delivery and security/anti-fraud services. These providers may process information only as needed for their relevant service and subject to applicable law and agreements.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably required to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, protect users, investigate fraud, or protect Listenza’s rights and security.
9. SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Listenza does not operate a business whose purpose is selling users’ personal information as a standalone product. Advertising and analytics providers may process limited data as described in this Privacy Policy and applicable consent notices.
10. DATA SECURITY
Listenza uses reasonable safeguards that may include encrypted network communication, restricted administrative access, authentication controls, server-side authorization, security monitoring, payment verification and anti-fraud mechanisms. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
11. PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
Listenza will never ask you to send your password, OTP, UPI PIN or card CVV through comments or ordinary support conversations. Keep your credentials and devices secure.
12. DATA RETENTION
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate accounts and purchased access, maintain transaction records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, protect security and meet legal/accounting obligations. Data may be deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
13. ACCOUNT DELETION
You can request permanent account deletion from Listenza account controls where available, or by emailing listenzaofficial@gmail.com. After verification, data associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible. Certain transaction, tax/accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute or legally required records may need to be retained.
14. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request information about your personal data, correction/update, deletion/erasure, withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent, and grievance resolution. We may verify that a request relates to your account before acting on it.

15. CHILDREN AND YOUNGER USERS
Children and younger users should use Listenza only in accordance with applicable law and with parent/legal guardian involvement where required. Listenza may implement age and parental-consent protections where legally required and does not knowingly encourage children to provide unnecessary personal information.
16. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Service providers used to operate Listenza may process information using infrastructure located outside your state or country. Such processing will be handled subject to applicable legal requirements.
17. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Listenza may contain advertisements or links to external services. Once you leave Listenza, that third party’s privacy practices apply. Review the third party’s policy before submitting personal information.
18. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated when features, data practices, laws, security measures or service providers change. Material changes will be communicated where legally required.
